Contemplated each one as a small totally different associative ecosystem. Singular vineyards like small imperfect paradises that turn grapes into the drink of the gods.

Pinot Noir from Muskiz, the first vineyard planted by Itsasmendi in 1989, grafted onto red in 2010. With a production of 4,500 kg/ha.

Free run juice fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in white clay jars for 3 months. The clay provided the scents of lilies and wild flowers. Very complex and a certain “abstract” character in the rosés nationals.

Limited edition, 1.100 bottles.
