Magic in Urdaibai
You won’t be able to help but fall under the spell of this magical space located in the heart of the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve. We’ll taste six txakolis in different locations, accompanied by three pintxos made with seasonal produce, while we discover the history of txakoli and Bodegas Itsasmendi.

Grape world – Winemaker for a day
Be a winemaker for a day and discover the secrets of winemaking by tasting different vats with different varieties and plots of land, followed by blending to create your own txakoli. We’ll conclude with a tasting of the finished txakoli, accompanied by local produce.

Surfing Basque wines
The modern history of an old wine. Txakoli & Rioja Alavesa: a tasting of five wines made with local or ‘km 0’ product. Wines from Bizkaiko Txakolina, Getariako Txakolina and Rioja Alavesa will be tasted at different places outside and inside the winery.

Experience a day of grape harvest, the most important and beautiful time of the year. Immerse yourself in the origins of our winemaking philosophy with the technical team. Taste grapes, free-run musts, and Txakolis, the fruit of this meticulous process, paired with locally sourced products.
