The modern history of an ancient wine. Txakoli & Rioja Alavesa tasting 5 wines with two pintxos of seasonal produce. Wines from Bizkaiko Txakolina, Getariako Txakolina & Rioja Alavesa will be tasted. There is also a black glass contest to recognize one of the wines tasted.

Be a winemaker for a day and discover the secrets of making a wine by tasting different tanks with different varieties and plots with their subsequent “coupage” to get your wine, which you can take home. We will finish with a tasting of finished txakolis accompanied by local products.
